What is H²

It's neither plank constant square nor hardy space with square

It is the "Health with happiness"

The Former to enhance our body and

The Latter to enhance our mind

For the both, man has always cared more about their cures than precautions 

humanity has always agonized for its comfort

It takes world as granted chamber of creation and destruction

Every creation has come to life by destroying something.

In this way 

Modern era has destroyed generously and has created generously 

It has seen 3 ages and 1 revolution 

1.Machine age

2.Atomic age 

3.Digital revolution 

4.Space and information age 

These have modernized world in different fields 

But the twin was devastating. 

Just E=MC² has blown 2 Japanese cities and still has impact on life that's the energy of powerful creation " the power of progress".

It's too late, we are realizing that humanity is destroying its own kind with its creation 

Modern era has showcased the smarter side of human 

But the twin yielded reminds us that smartness is a wolf in sheep's clothing of laziness 

Starting from atomic bombs to smart phones we have a leap of faith in technology that it is making thing easy but the hidden truth is it just makes people lazy and selfish 

As we see the Moore's law is proving itself over the years.

World is huge ,vast and beautiful with 510.1 million km².

minimalism has narrowed the world into our pocket with an evolution of a honored sin called smart phone.

Technology gives comfort and time 

But We must also be aware that Comfort is the birthplace of sickness 

We are using and creating technology primarily for saving time. Right? 

Yup!. Technology saves ample time but in return it gives sickness. So the time we saved is consumed in repairing and refueling us up again.

So where did we save our time ?

Or 

how are we going to spend our earned time with our sick body?

Let drive into the native land of happiness 

Mind,

Mind is vacuüm  that has the ability to connect beyond bodies. It gets easy access to nature and space where it sets up its connection to find peace with happiness 

Human beings are dependent on nature and

inter-dependent on its own kind 

With smartness and selfishness on parallel track we have made many species extinct 

If it moves on, at the rim of its prey will be our own kind

We are in the Age of knowledge but still can't control the plague that world is trembling with

So the very next age is "age of consciousness" or whatever may be the age we surpass through it won't be the brightest idea of evolved man 

The vital point we should learn from this is 

Nature is always supreme and

Humans should not double cross nature and its functions 

We humans always selfishly plan ahead of our goals in exploring the resources of nature but 

Nature is a land of myth and mysteries we have just explored a drop in the ocean

Mankind and it's creation can't dig out every myth and mysteries of nature

Technology should be created and updated with considering the mother nature.

If we acknowledge her presence. She surely surprise us with her glory

Happiness won't stay where heath won't stay 

Happiness is dependent on nature and inter-dependent on humans 

Health and happiness are the unavoidable words of life

So

Be healthy without laziness 

Be happy without harmless 

Be wealthy without selfishness
