The monkey keeps on jumping from branch to branch.Likewise, the human intellect also shifts from the old ideas to the new modern stuff.Nothing wrong in forgetting the past.It’s quite natural.But the faded things should be brightened now.No one can refuse this, always "Old is gold"! It’s all about the priorities we have in life.
What we value the most..??? "It is health that is real wealth"- Gandhiji. This most priceless possession is not valued until we fall sick.In this content we gonna dust tap the ancient practice “THE 8 SHAPED WALK”.
Nowadays,the youngsters bury their happiness in tiktok, pubg, musically etc. and spoil their mental health.They waste their time and are not ready to look after their physical wellness.So they are prone to numerous illness often. This 8 shaped walk practiced by the Tamil Siddars(Yogis) can be a good remedy for these problems.The number 8 resembles "Infinity" and so the western world call this as "Infinity Walk".
This 8 shaped pattern walk is formed by joining two circles of approximately six feet diameter.
The pattern can be formed in an open space or in a big room and in North South direction.Preferably practice this in morning/evening between 5 and 8 AM/PM.For excellent results 5-6 AM is preferable.Walk with bare foot and empty stomach.Because the foot has all acupressure points connected to our internal organs,walking with bare foot activate these points.
Walk 15 minutes from North to South.This is because the earth’s magnetic field originating from the north and terminating at the south energizes and activates all the chakras and internal organs for the normal functioning of our body.Change the direction and walk the next 15 minutes from South to North.Note: In case of having high blood pressure, high diabetes or any other serious complications, please consult the doctor. Those who had undergone major surgeries,cancer patients and pregnant ladies are restricted to practice this 8 shaped walk.Since we walk in the shape of 8,the twists and turns give movements to all body parts so that the problems related to joints are cured.This controls diabetes,reduces the blood pressure levels and relieves from sinus. Not only these issues, this scientifically proven walk also reverses almost all diseases and help us lead a better life.This 8 shaped walk not only makes us physically fit but also gives good relaxation and makes us mentally strong.
