Can science and religion coexist..?

Our ancestors have incorporated science in religion to live life to it’s fullest. SCIENCE-RELIGION Testing,observing and drawing conclusions from those observations is SCIENCE and explaining the conclusions through mythology(story) is RELIGION. Science provides knowledge but religion brings that faith to community. Religion is believed to be right all time where science is a trial and error method. Nowadays,Atheism prevails but science has its own value in every nook and corner of the world. Likewise,in the dark ages science wasn’t taken seriously and religion ruled the world. "What one man calls the God,another calls the law of Physics" - Nikola Tesla So science is just an other language to talk about the same wonders that faith talks about. We all know well that Homo sapiens evolved from the chimpanzees. But from where the origin of life is..?? In Christianity, Jesus created the first life on the fifth day of his seven days creation."Let the water teem with living creatures, and let the birds fly above the earth across the vault of the sky",Genesis 1:20-23.

This clearly shows that life started from water. In Islam, God proclaimed that "we made from water every living thing" verse 21:30 ,saying of Surah al-Anbiya . In Hinduism, the first avatar of "Dashavavatara", the ten avatars of Lord Vishnu is the "God of fish"- "Matsya" from water. These three religious statements confirm that life originated from the eternal water.

The Greek philosopher Anaximander of Miletus also proposed that the first life had originated from a kind of animal like fish in the moist element. Science also proved that the oldest forms of life is found in the hydro-thermal vent precipitate.

RELIGION-SCIENCE-PHILOSOPHY Any individual will fall in one of the categories, he/she may have faith in religion or believe the scientific proof or the reality in philosophy. All three signifies the importance of water.

Life started from the "Origin of species",evolved into six sense humans by the "Theory of Evolution" and humans are surviving by the "Survival of the fittest" all three theories put forward by Charles Darwin is true. HUMAN ANATOMY 60% percent of human body is comprised of water,that too the vital organs heart and brain are composed of 73% of water and human lungs is made up of 83% of water. All these symbolizes that water has an important place theologically as well as biologically. Our life started from water and we being selfish started polluting the mother of life. We are killing our-self by contaminating her.

Social activists are doing their best to save this precious gift and as an individual let’s promise not to pollute the water anymore.

Because of our selfishness we are contaminating the ocean water which only has indirect effects upon us.But why should the innocent aquatic creatures suffer???
